They will be going to Derby Theater on May 15th. There will be two options for movies (except Pre-K who will see the G movie). If your child wants to go to the PG movie, you will need to sign the note and return it asap. Field Day is May 10th. 1st Grade Field trip is this Friday, Exploration Place. Kindergarten field trip to the zoo is May 18th. Last day of school is May 21st. Kim McGuire is retiring this year after 32 years of teaching. There will be a reception this Saturday in the Munson Gym. 2nd graders will be visiting MGS May 8th and 9th to tour MGS!

T-Shirts: Contest entries are in. These will be voted on by the t-shirt committee tonight after the meeting. Lacie is gathering quotes from several places to get the best deal on the shirts next year. She would like to make a motion to spend up to $500 on the sample t-shirts over the summer. Gayra Wright motioned to spend up to $500 on t-shirt samples, seconded by Elizabeth Thornton. Motioned passed by unanimous vote.

T-shirts: Lacie Blevins will be heading this committee up again
TAPE Membership: Heather Leggett will begin this committee (as well as enrollment and room
parent list) and work on it through the summer. She will be willing to hand that over in the

T-shirt Sample Funds: Please see committee report above.
Movie Licenses for 2012/2013: Each year TAPE traditionally pays the movie license fee for each school to be able to play movies within their buildings. A motion was made by Elizabeth Thornton to spend no more than $700 on movie license fees for both schools. Seconded by Heather Leggett. Passed by unanimous vote.

Beverages for Teacher Appreciation Breakfast: Food has been covered and paid for through a previous vote but funds were not left to buy beverages. After an open discussion it was decided to use the three cases of water left over from Movie Night. We will place one case at each location.
2012/2013 Meeting Times: suggestion to keep meetings on the first Thursday of the month. The first half of the year will take place at MPS library and the second half will take place at MGS library. A decision was made to keep this the same for next year.
