Committee Reports:
T Shirt Orders: Sale is done for the year. Look for the t-shirt design contest sometime in April.
School Holiday Store: This was a total bust. We were not pleased with the way that the inventory worked or the process with their company. We would not be using this vendor again. We made $21 from the entire process. Next year we will discuss if we will be doing this again and if so, how. If you are interested in being a part of this committee, let a T.A.P.E. board member know.
Fundraising: Spring fundraiser will be March 12th – April 2nd. This runs through Spring Break and Easter so the kids can take them to family events during that time.
Carnival: next carnival meeting is next Thursday January 10th at 6pm at Calabrone’s. Please attend!!
Box Top: Kristin is planning a milk and cookies party for the class (per grade) that sent in the most box tops. There will be a Popsicle party (per grade) in May. Box tops sent in for Munson in October 4,400+, in December 5,900+. MGS sent in 1600 in October and 5300 in December. Money is needed for the reward parties. A motion was made by Heather Shaw to spend no more than $200 on these two parties (this covers both schools for the cookies/milk and for the popsicles party). Motion was seconded by Amanda Ruebusch. Passed by unanimous vote. THANK YOU to Kristin for all of your hard work!!
Yearbook: Yearbooks will be sold for $13 this year. We have to prepay 75% of the cost of the 551 yearbook that we are ordering. This is something that we have done each year. A motion was made by Lacie Blevins to pay the Lifetouch for $5091.24. Seconded by Ed Shaw. Passed by unanimous vote.
Book Fair: Feb 11, Feb 12 and Feb 15. Sign up sheet will be sent around next month.
